About Me

Hola!

This is my third year teaching at Coloma Community Schools and I am excited to see what this school year will bring.  I will be teaching Spanish at the Junior High.  Spanish is a huge passion of mine and I can't wait to teach the language through comprehensible input and cultural experiences from my time abroad in Spain.

I grew up in Buchanan and graduated from Central Michigan University in 2016 with a Bachelors in Education.  At home, my husband and I moved to Coloma a few years ago.  We enjoy spending time with family and friends, hiking with our dog, and eating ice cream.

Outside of the classroom, I am also the 7th grade volleyball and JH track coach.  Coaching is a great way to get to know students outside of the classroom and I am looking forward to another fun season!

I am proud to be a comet in the Coloma community.  Go Comets!
